Once in Florida I ...I love the flavor of Tamarind. Once in Florida I got some pods and made my own Tamarind paste, but now I just buy it in a jar. One of my favorite dishes is a Vietnamese soup called Sour Tamarind Shrimp Broth. It's a rich broth with lots of Tamarind flavor. Yum. <br /><br />The candies sound quite intriguing.
